I visit the Enterprise rental car location in Orange,Texas. I picked up my car and everything was expedient. The office and the car were clean. The rental representative was friendly and courteous. I needed the car for an extra day. I informed them by phone and they told me the additional cost. The return of the car was smooth. No complaints here.
They made me a reservation and when I showed up they tell me they don’t have a vehicle for me that it will probably be 2-3 days... like wth I got a reservation to be put on a waiting list or something

Very nice people that work with you
Abused a natural disaster to charge extra fees and does not follow covid-19 procedures properly . Employee lied about when I returned my rental and charged an additional day, when I said that was incorrect I was told I can not dispute the charge and must pay. Chris James obviously has no idea how to handle customer service aspects of a job and neither does his supervisor, who never gave me her name.
