This by far is the best R.V park we have stayed at. The price is reasonable and the staff is so friendly. The really go out of their way to accommodate their tenets.nI love the ponds with the ducks and that my kids have a play area. Also the laundry room has affordable washers and dryers.

Stayed there for over a year it was great the owner Scott will help you with whatever you need and Laura in the office it's the same way all the employees are awesome great place to stay

The only nice thing about Orange Texas is this RV park and the exceptional staff that works here. Quite no drama with nice laundry facilities. I would stay here again for sure. The only bad thing about this place is all the geese and ducks poop everywhere and no one cleans it up. It's like walking through a field of landmines you have to be really careful. Otherwise it's a really nice and well-maintained park.

Beautiful and safe park. Most spots are concrete, some are not (like another reviewer posted a picture of), but the choice of concrete or grass/rocks is up to you. Lots of kids on the park. Owner and staff are very helpful, easy going and they are always continuing to upgrade the park. My kids love the playground, there's a basketball rim as well. The lots are spacious, you can park two cars and still have room for a table. Just great.

If you’re looking for a clean, nice, safe RV Park, then head to this one! We lived there for about 18 months. The owners are AMAZING!! They are always doing extra special things for the park residents- providing food, games and LOTS of extra things for all. Easter egg hunts, trunk or treating, Thanksgiving dinner for the park, Christmas dinner for the park... so so so much more than you’d ever expect! The concrete lots are awesome!! Playground!! Ponds to fish in ( catch and release). Nice laundry room on site- mailboxes in office, no going to town for mail, just go to office. Pet friendly!! I’m telling you, the list goes on and on!! Electricity, water, and basic cable included in your rent. Very kid friendly too!!
