Fantastic massage, Rishad is excellent! Don’t expect a spa experience, given that it’s at the gym and you can occasionally hear some background noise over the relaxing music, but Rishad was super friendly and honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

I been taking massages for over 30+ years. Some good some not so good. Rashad 90 massage was definitely one of the better of the best massages I had. Strong and particular with the muscle he know it work on. 90 minutes new went by so quickly. Will return.

He was a little backed up but gave me a heads up. Very knowledgeable. Friendly and made me feel comfortable. Helped me realize a problem that no one else ever thought of that could be wrong with my shoulder.

Rishad is one of the best - Knows exactly what to work on and easy to work with. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF !! Especially for sport massage. Always feel great leaving his doors.
