I cant say enough good things about Sarah. I had my second lower back surgery at age 31 and was referred to Functional Fitness and Physical Therapy once I was able. She seemed to know just as much as the surgeons did about my condition, what happened, what they did, and how to get better. We worked once a week for a few months then stepped it back to once every two weeks. When I started coming here it was painful to walk and I had no idea how to get better. I feel better now than I did after my first surgery, and should flare ups come (as they tend to do) I know what I should or shouldnt do to get better. If youre considering physical therapy, you owe it to yourself to see what Sarah has to offer. Cant recommend her enough.

After tearing my quad tendon in 2015 Sarah and the whole team at Functional Fitness were responsible for getting me back on my feet. The atmosphere in the clinic combines the intelligent knowledge of the therapists with lots of positive energy that people need when they are hurt. I am still going weekly to see Sarah for fitness training four years after my surgery. We are lucky to have Boston quality physical therapy care in North Easton.

Christine was my physical therapist when I injured my back several years ago. The 1:1 personal attention, the caliber of the physical therapy services, as well as the strengthening exercise training to prevent future injuries, were really fantastic. For the last 2 years, I have worked 1:1 with Christine for personal training, to work on strength building and toning!! Wow, I honestly feel so much stronger doing routine house work and yard work. My improved muscle tone is noticeable! I highly recommend Functional Fitness & Physical Therapy for all of your physical therapy needs, and personal training too, to help prevent injuries, and just to stay in shape!! Christine and the entire team of PTs are quite impressive!! Jill, the Office Manager, keeps the office running smoothing!! They are all THE BEST!!

I needed physical therapy after shoulder surgery.nI went to a place where there was always a group of 5 or more and one therapist. I didn't get the attention nor instructions I needed to improve.nI went to Functional and the therapist was great, individual attention and instruction. My shoulder healed 100%nThank You Lisa, You taught me how to care for my own recovery.

Sarah was my PT when I hurt my back and she was amazing! The quality of care, the services provided and the 1:1 attention to my problems as well as strengthening exercises to help prevent future issues were all terrific. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needed PT.
