I used to support my local usps... They are now refusing to deliver my packages, second day in a row I've been told they can't deliver, the package today was about the size of a bag of trail mix and they refused to put it in my mail box or just drop it on my porch like they've done for over a year
After reading other reviews, I must have the best Post Office in the WORLD. The people there are courteous and can always answer my questions accurately. Our carriers do their best to always deliver our mail. They even bring packages too large for our mailbox to our house and leave them on the porch for us. I have even received a letter addressed: my name, Newton TX USA. This is above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so very much for your service, USPS, Newton TX.
The rural mail service is starting to run later and later. There is a new carrier this week and she did not deliver my package. Her explanation was, unable to enter building to deliver package. My husband was home all day! This is not the first time this has happened. This only happens when my normal carrier is gone.
The staff at Newton, TX Post Office are always friendly and courteous. They are by far my favorite post office. Period.
