Long roadtrips to visit family are ALWAYS one of my favorite things to do, and along with all the fun and excitement we up completely drained and exhausted. Im not sure what it is about this little hideaway in Texas but it sure is refreshing when we stay. The people are like family, and the atmosphere feels like home. We absolutely love staying at Whispering Creek when we visit family and wish there were more locations!
Great
Convenient, nearly across from the Newton High School for class events and homecoming. 28 compacted gravel pads, grown over but firm and level. Good wifi. No cable in the RV Park. Nice pool. Good spacing between sites but no furniture. I think there was a patio at our site. Laundry and shower were conveniently located. Also has cabins and a hotel. There was road noise as we were on the 1st row of sites next to the highway. If you're coming to Newton it's convenient to everything.
Friendly staff, quiet and clean. Never a bad visit. Family oriented and pet friendly
Nice place to park a camper. Lots of trees, pool, manager is fantastic
