$10 gets you lunch with a roll, tea or water, and a homemade dessert. Procedes benefit local charities, project graduation, and the hotel. Food is always home cooked and tasty. Always on the first Fridays of the month during the school year.
If you get a chance to eat lunch at the Wiley Hotel in Garrison, Tx they serve chicken and homemade cornbread dressing with all that goes with it in East Texas on the First Friday of each month Sept.--April. The old Hotel has been restored by the local Historical Society. A good experience every time I go. Oh, yes, Home made pies.
