2014, coming home from an out of town sock-hop, roughly 1am, pulled over by Magnolia cop in an SUV. Asks for license, not insurance, calls for 3 more SUVs that surround my car with their spotlights in the parking lot by the MsDonalds on 1774 corner going toward MagWest High. No explanation given. Start asking countless questions, laugh and mock me when I said I was at a sock hop (I had the flyer...) keep me there with the lights on, hands me back my license in such a way that it falls to the floor, laugh amongst themselves and point at me, tell me to go home (I dont even live here and was unaware of curfews in place for adults). I have to sit there for a while to let the new headache from the spotlights and strobes fade. One of them followed me over the Grimes county line on 1774. No ticket, no explanation. Beware.

The Magnolia Police are AMAZING!!! I was pulled over by Officer S. for swerving. I was swerving because I was looking at directions to my house on the lake, I was so LOST!!! After conducting a search and making sure I was good to drive home he provided me with AWESOME directions and I made it home safe. I cant thank him enough as I get scared in unfamiliar places far from my house at night. I will say....I've never wanted to hit on a police officer SO BAD in my life. It's inappropriate and he didn't seem the type to let me get away with that, so I held my tongue. He has NICE triceps....
