This place is completely unprofessional. They gave us the wrong medicine for our son on 12/24/2020. We double checked with our sons pediatrician to make sure it was the antibiotics he had been prescribed and it was incorrect what the Walgreens pharmacy had given us. They seems bothered when we when back and told them to make it right, we received no apologies or good customer service, just mean looks and irritated attitude from their technician. We decided to cancel the order and go to Walmart pharmacy instead when we were told by one of their male technicians that using a goodrx cupon would make our sons prescription more expensive instead of lowering the price.

I went to purchase razors as they are on sale. If you buy one you get 10000 points each time. Well Betsey was my cashier and was very rude and unprofessional. She literally huffed and puffed when she saw what I was doing. Mind you, the girls right before me bought like a whole cart load of them. Betsey proceeded to tell me she didn't have all day and that she had other things to do. She also tried to tell me there was a limit on how many of them I could buy. I wasn't using coupons, but the girls before me were. I didn't know there was a limit on items even though you were purchasing outright?! I'm a paying customer weather she likes it or not. Last I checked that's what she's supposed to do, considering she works there?

At 8:23pm tried to drop off my script. The pharmacy tech informed me that they couldn’t fill my medicine due to 6 customers ahead of me. I went to the doctors today and have the flu. I asked the Pharmcy tech to please consider to fill tonight. All she could say is NO, have a good night. Very unprofessional, Rude.

I like Walgreens, don't get me wrong. I'm a regular customer but this location needs to step it up a little. There is always a long wait for the pharmacy & they always seem overly busy. Calling on the phone is usually unbearable too. They close @ 9:00 should probably stay open later. They might actually get caught up & ease some of their congestion...???!!!
