Not good, they now want to charge you extra for dropping off at a different location and now they have raised the hold on your credit car to $300

Very dissapointed with the customer service from the Branch Manager. I was charged for a premium car when I was booked in for an economy. I have received upgrades when renting numerous times and have never had this happen to me.nnI wanted to return the car the previous night after hours but I wanted this issue of being charged $15 extra per day to be sorted out so I showed up about 10 minutes after the branch opened the next day only to be charged for an extra hour.nnIf you want to be charged for 'free' upgrades and have your money squeezed out of you for a mistake that the branch manager themselves made, then this is the branch for you. If you want to be treated like a good, loyal and respected customer then stay far away from this branch.nnEDIT: I have contacted Enterprise twice and nothing has been done with regards to this matter. Only rent from here if you want to be milked dry.

Matt got me set up and going with ease. He made the process flow with no worries for me to think about. Once I was given back the deposit, I noticed that it wasn't the full amount. I called this morning and Kelsey got the remaining amount credited back to me this morning. She called me back within 10 min of our conversation. It was refreshing to work with someone with such a determination for good customer service. I wanted to be sure to leave a positive review because so many people are focused on the negative and forget to let others know about the good! I will certainly use this location again if I ever need a rental in the future. Thank you!
