Don't bother making a reservation with Bay City Enterprise. They will call you the morning of your reservation to tell you that they don't have any cars available so they can't honor your reservation. This is the second time they've done this to us (although we've tried using them twice). The first time, we made a reservation days in advance just to be told that the day we needed the car, they didn't have any cars available. The second time, we needed a car to get to the airport. We booked the night before with promise that there would be a car available. We got a call half an hour before we were supposed to pick up a car to tell us they had no cars for our reservation until maybe that afternoon, but they did have an SUV if we wanted to pay more. AVOID AVOID AVOID...unless you want to be disappointed and scrambling to find another place that has a car for you to rent.

Tried to reserve any car for the following week. Since it is Saturday no one is at the office, The website said there were no vehicles available for 3 day span no matter which days I picked. Same with the Wharton office. It seems these folks don't care much about being in this business

Not seeking rentals but good in information I requested. However, the party concerned doesn't answer the phone number I received for my inquiry. It's enterprise which needs more work to correct issue's. I ised Hertz and got discounted rates military and official position applied.

I have rented from Enterprise in Bay City Tx numerous times and Everytime i do my money is on my card and they take it out right then and there. Lately they had been telling me that i didnt have to show up that they would just take out for extra days if i needed, but they've been taking more than they're suppose to. My balance to them was suppose to be only $90 and they kept promising they would take it out because they kept demanding for me NOT to show up. They took out late and evidently kept taking from my account and now it shows a -$614. Im very disappointed and need my money to be replaced because thats my sons disability money and he shouldn't have to be going through this when its their fault. Its a shame that people work very hard for their money and are just trying to do right and then to be taken advantage of. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and BAY CITY TX needs better employees for Enterprise. They're very rude, and LIE.
