Mike and Melissa are consummate professionals. I spent a year at another flying school and did not have near the experience that I have had at Mike's Flying School. My intent is to get my II with Mike when I finish my certification for private pilot. You cannot go wrong with this school AND (as an added bonus) they have Gracie and Forrest to greet you whenever you arrive.

Had a bi-annual test today with Mike. Had no idea what to expect, but this flight test went way beyond my expectations! So often you are just “passed” because of the requirement, but Mike went way above that! I would recommend just hiring Mike for just a training session! It would be money well spent!! Would recommend this school for all your training needs! Plan on getting my IFR rating and look forward to doing it now! Preston, from the same school, just did a training/ familiarization flight with my son in our plane, and he to thinks it was money well spent!! Thanks Mike and Preston!!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company especially if one has limited time and resources for flight training.nnPleasant people, but they were unwilling to provide me with what I needed as a paying customer.nnWhat was shocking to me was how I was led along labouring under the misapprehension that I would get finish up training efficiently.nnBeing told before signing up I was assured that the training would be done efficiently but I soon found out that I would be pushed into their slow schedule and only fly once every third week or when Mike wasn't flying for other companies.nnSo, after one lesson I attempted to communicate my concerns with Mike and left messages with Mike and his mother Melissa without response, so I quit. I did not leave on bad terms but I'm tired of being shafted and enough was enough.

This is by far the best flight school ever. I’ve been shopping around for flight schools whenever I first became interested in aviation. The flight schools I went to never clicked with me and I felt like a number. At Mike’s, I felt like I belonged, welcomed and a connection at the first moment I walked in the door. I strongly believe if it wasn’t for this school I wouldn’t have my pilots licenses. This school has helped me with my private, instrument and commercial and now my cfi. This school let me go at my own pace in my training. Also, no extra cost or down payment. This school was truly cost friendly and people friendly! Highly & gladly recommend this school! 5 stars!
