Bob and Suzanne are so wonderful to work with! They are experts at what they do and made us feel and know we actually were in good hands. They helped us through an extensive ice dam claim and we came out way ahead of what we hoped for. I wish everyone knew not to even attempt resolving an insurance matter without calling an adjuster FIRST - their representation and knowledge made a tremendous difference in the amount we received. The folks At Robert McCormack Public Adjusters are amazing at what they do and are also really great people. We give them our highest possible recommendation.

I had a huge tree fall on my work building and it lifted a portion of my roof. My insurance adjuster came out and looked at it and told me he would be back in touch. In the meantime, I had the roofer come out only to find another hole in the back of the building due to a tree. They suggested at that point I get a Public Adjuster. I was directed to McCormack Public Adjusters. Bob McCormack came out, took pictures and asked me a lot of questions about what happened, he was very thorough. I literally gave him the adjusters info and did nothing more. Bob handled all the back and forth and really negotiated a great settlement. Much more than they were going to give me originally. It was the best thing I ever did! Gong forward I will use McCormack for any and all insurance claims. They really had MY best interest at heart!
