They are always prompt when I call and can give me the information I need. I like that they are always nice when I call and don’t blame them when I get late charges since it’s my fault anyways.
Why dont you'll answer the phone been calling for 3days
They’re fast and friendly. Moved to Terrell recently, and I have not had any issues. They few times that I’ve called they’ve been very helpful.
Very poor people skills, I forgot to pay bill waited on them to open they were late then I was charged an additional 50.00 because I paid on ladt day.
Worst utilities department I have ever dealt with. The supervisor is absolutely unprofessional and very rude in nicer words. It's very unfortunate that there isnt other options. They definitely need some customer service training.
