Marked a package I need ASAP as delivered, my mailbox was completely empty. After calling the office I was able to find out that it was all in my neighbors box. Excellent customer service on their part but the drivers really need to step their game up.
Today I came in with two large frames that I needed to have shipped and I unfortunately had zero experience in doing. The staff went above and beyond with helping me packaging my frames and were incredibly kind while doing so. Thank you so much, your kindness does not go unappreciated.
Wayyyyy to bad there is not Negative Stars !! How can a person randomly have your mail stopped ???? Their response when I ask...oh, we received an Email ?? Went to retrieve said Email and was told....uuuummmmm.....well, it was deleted ???? WOW !!!! I now have to get an Attorney because These over paid people do not want to do their dueduligence....oh sorry, big Words... Their JOB !!! Disgusted beyond belief !!!!!!
I have lived in six different states, the Carribean and overseas and ship a lot for my business. The staff here in Forney is very polite, competent and eager to help. The Forney post office gets a five star rating from me.
I get someone else's mail delivered about 90% of the time. I have already brought this to their attention. I have to constantly deliver mail to all my neighbors. Makes me worried that someone could be getting mine and keeping it.
