Got a van for the weekend and had to pickup on Saturday when they are normally closed. They still met me and one other customer Saturday morning at no additional charge. Great service and good equipment. Will definitely rent a van from them again.
Great vans at affordable prices. Incredibly terrific staff. Let me repeat my enthusiasm for the staff, from the owner to the folks who deliver your van to your doorstep (if you want delivery), they are all professional, know their vans and are wonderfully personable and friendly.
We had an amazing experience using Premier! From start to finish, very accommodating and responsive. Extremely professional staff - I really can't express how pleased we were with the service. Both of my daughters are in power wheelchairs, and we have traveled a bit around the country - and this truly was our best experience in dealing with an accessible van rental company. Rebekah always responded promptly and the folks who delivered and picked up the van were top notch!! Highly recommend Premier!!
