I found the staff at this location extremely polite and helpful. When I returned the car my leasing company had not completely paid the bill and told them I thought they were going to stick me with the bill. Christian was very polite and said just give me the rest of the day to double check with them before we charge you. If they don’t want to pay the rest of the rental after I talk to them then I can charge you. Then he left me a very polite voice mail letting me know that he would be charging my card how much it would be and if I had any questions to call. The gentleman that picked me up (sorry I forgot his name) was very polite. All these gentlemen were a very nice change of pace. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I needed a Suburban for a family trip ordered it online 2 weeks ahead of time and even called the week before pickup to be sure it would be available and was told it would be no problem. On the day of pickup it was not there the best they could do was a Tahoe if I wanted a Tahoe I would have ordered a Tahoe, sure 6 people can sit in the vehicle but when you travel you take luggage and there is no room for six people and their luggage in a Tahoe. I want make that mistake again.

I caught a flat tire 3 days after having the vehicle n I had a huge truck Christian reassured me everything would be ok and guided me through the process of getting it replaced the same day also anytime I called or had questions Christian was right there to assist. His customer service is superb 10s across the board. Rental was through insurance he made sure I was A OKnnTHANK YOU CHRISTIAN AT YOUR FORNEY LOCATION HE ROCKS

Car was nasty. Had to go on a business trip and reserved a week before the trip a midsize car and it's more like a compact car. Looks like a can of sofa busted in it and stains all in the seats. I had to take it cause I had an 8 hour trip ahead of me. Very displeased with it. Was the enterprise in Forney TX.

My Truck was in the body shop for repair. Enterprise only had a small Nissan CUV. Small but functional. My experience with the car was fine, until I lost (later found) the key. Upon calling the Enterprise representative, I was flatly informed that NO, Enterprise does not keep a second key, and that I would be responsible for towing and the cot of a locksmith. At least $400. Didn’t experience any level of customer service whatsoever. Fortunately, I located the key
