Its always the same issue at this location. I have rented from enterprise several times and had good experiences but every single time I have to use this location its like having to make your unwilling teenagers take out the trash and clean after themselves. It gets done, yes but NEVER ON TIME, ALWAYS AN EXCUSE. I make an appointment at 730am, leave at least one hour later. I literally have to wait for them to wash the car !!!! Mind you, this happened even before COVID. Hello its supposed to be ready, I asked for the reservation days in advance. No matter what always an excuse from the lady in charge, real good at taking her time asking where you going and why but unless you make her .. she wont review the car with you before taking it . Caught a few scratches she didnt noticed, and I am glad I noticed...nnMission location by the expressway. THE WORST
The experience with enterprise is usually fast and convenient with friendly faces. The one thing that stays consistent is the lack of ability in big care, full sized trucks, and large suvs. I almost always have to settle for a miniature car that feels like I have to kick out my feet and get a running start. Move over, the pricing is not constant from location to location. Sometimes I get a great deal, and other times I'm left paying hundreds more for the same class of car.

The service is fast and accommodating! Always have a rental ready to go. Everyone is very friendly!
