Make sure you take a video of the vehicle all the way around upside and down. They like to accuse you of things on the car that were already there be very careful take your time looking overlooking the vehicle now they're trying to get a claim out of me for something I didn't do good luck with that

* The vehicle was a black Chevy Equinox LT.n* It was clean, well-equipped, and had 3/4 tank of fuel.n* Nice car! Easy to get accustomed to driving it.n* The vehicle was dropped off and picked up at the auto body shop.n* It was very convenient! It saved time for me and I didn't have tonbother anyone to drop me off or pick me up.

I was in an accident where a man had a medical emergency and veered into my lane, and of course totaled the car I only had for 2 weeks. A rental was covered because they new who was at fault right away (he also hit the guy behind me). Fun times. Anyway, it was a stressful situation and Enterprise was amazing. I really appreciated how friendly, efficient and fast they were. I even got a pickup truck to use, which I loved. It makes a difference when your day implodes and someone comes through. They were also excellent returning the deposit fast.

This is the worst place where you can rent a car, they charge you to your card without notice. the worst of the case are unbearable in all aspects, the vehicles that rent stink of cigarettes. customer service is the worst thing they can have.
