Today We Closed Our PO BOX since we moved out of Hays County. I just wanted to take time to Thank Maribelle, Mike, Bob and everyone else who works at the post office. These people have really helped my family over the years and have provided excellent customer service. And to those of you who walk up to the window and are just rude to your postmasters please take time to get to know them and they will really take care of you like they did to our family.
Odd giving a USPS anything above 1 star however this is a nice, clean building and the staff was very friendly. Lots of card and packing supply inventory too. Don’t look for the American flag out front because there isn’t one.
Yadi and Mr. Roberts recovered a misaddressednpackage and rerouted it to the proper address. Great service. Thanks!
I know each person has their own experience but everytime I've dealt with Mike and the other workers at the Wimberley Post Office they are courteous and they go way above and beyond in trying to help you. Doesn't mean they can always fix it. But their attitude is stellar and their effort in my experience is customer focused.
Driver didnt deliver a package originally so we called. We got them to deliver the package that day, however when the driver arrived she got out of the car and began to yell at us because of how difficult it was for her to turn around, so I showed her where she could turn around. She responded by saying that she wouldn't walk packages that far (only about 30 yards). She said next time we have a package she'll just leave it by the highway or under a tree. Very unprofessional and very rude. Worst usps I've ever had to deal with.
