My very first ever visit to the pharmacy and when dropping off my prescription the young guy that waited on me just say out loud what my prescription was what ever happened to patient privacy it wasn’t everyone there business what I was getting I felt like snatching him through the window!!!! He needs to be taught about people privacy if it wasn’t for my doctor saying this was probably the cheapest place for this but it wasn’t Target right around the corner was cheaper and I probably would have gotten treated better sad hope he’s not trying to be a pharmacist!!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy in greater Houston. They are slow, I’ve given them like five different prescription opportunities to fill they can’t do anything same day. The service is terrible, and they blurt out your prescriptions out loud. I go next-door to the busy Walmart and they get it done in 30 minutes. Yesterday at 4 o’clock I dropped off my prescription to this krogeron a Saturday. Come by at 1 o’clock on a Sunday and she tells me they haven’t started filling it yet and to come back at 4. Never use this pharmacy it is Terrible

Always great customer service when I go there to pick up meds or have a question for the pharmacist about new meds.

They never have medice ready.. or they call 2 days later to pick it up or they don't call u at all intill u call..
