Reviews
I travel for business very frequently and have been using United because of their partnership with Marriott. I just got turned down at this location, but they were letting others in no problem. If someone at United actually reads this, you just lost, not only my business, but everyone at the company I own will never fly with united ever again.

Some of the United Clubs are so small and have so many people it can be like waiting at a gate. The United Club in Houston is different and is much more spacious. Crowding does not appear to be nearly as much of an issue. During Covid they are offering pre-packaged foods so it is hard to really make any comments on the offerings. The internet works and there are plenty of power stations. Staff are friendly.

The cheese offered was only pepper jack and it was spicy. A choice of spicy and regular cheese would have been nice. Soup was vegetarian chili and very spicy. I was disappointed with the offerings. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and efficient.
