Pick up was easy, very quick, customer service was great. The only downfall I had was the representative suggested to me that I use their fueling service as they had the cheapest prices in town at $2.55 a gallon. I decided to allow ENTERPRISE to refuel as I was under the impression I’d be charged per gallon instead upon return I was charged a flat rate which was way more than I should have paid. I returned the car at a little above half a tank, I did not drive much so that was annoying because I feel like I made a decision without all the relevant information. I guess I could have asked more questions. Anyway pick up and drop off was a breeze my car was clean and sanitized, I will definitely return.

Enterprise you showed me some love. I rented a luxury vehicle and y'all exceeded my expectations. I had my ID and credit card and the rental process was a breeze.. The BMW I rented rode so smooth, felt like I was floating up the highway. Will be back for Spring Break for another whip!

My poor rental experience was at Houston’s IAH. They did not have my requested full size SUV, but they did give me hope that “they come in all the time” and then they could clean it real quick for me. Faced with this open ended possibility, I chose to switch to another car. They wouldn’t give me the clean upgraded SUV that was parked nearby unless I agreed to pay more. I turned down their generous offer because I was not amenable to reward their poor service. Instead, I drove off in a dirty van. They get three quarters of a star for vacuuming the van and another three quarters for being polite. So, if you like polite customer service and don’t mind driving an unwashed rental, go to Enterprise. They got you, in more than one way.

We love Enterprise, I have been a client on the Fleet Division for many years. The only reason form not giving 5 stars is that when we picked up our car in Houston, George Bush Airport the car windows were not clean and had very poor visibility especially driving at night in a strange unfamiliar area. The glare from other vehicle headlights made in very difficult to view out of the front windshield and mirrors, we purchased some Windex wipes from Walmart the following day to take care of the issue. other than that everything was great. The guy who helped us was very nice, we understand that you all went through a huge freeze and were under staffed trying to accommodate the high demand of car rentals, so not a big of a deal. Thanks again for your professional service as always.

Enterprise is always my first when I need to rent a vehicle. I find them to be very reasonable in price. Their staff is always professional and friendly. My car is always ready clean and in great condition.
