I was in and out of the Thrifty Car Rental in 10 minutes. I prepaid my reservation and my car was ready.
Do not follow Google Map's directions. They will take you in a very weird route, meanwhile you pass about 3-4 signs for the rental car center that would have been more direct.nHowever, National car rental makes everything so easy. They are consistently the best rental service for business renters.
Disappointed with hours of operation of the various rental car groups. Several times now they have closed earlier than their advertised hours; leaving people to have to make other arrangements even though they had already paid for a reservation. So beware of you are arriving later at night.nnThe facilities on the other hand are very clean and well maintained. So, there is always clean restrooms, etc.nnAlso, the rental car center staff have always been helpful to answer questions and direct you to the right bus, etc.
Easy to notice from the street in normal traffic, plus all the road signs help a lot. Multiple company names to chose from. Cash, credit and debit cards accepted here. More convenient for foot path access directly from the airport than from the street. Two story building ramp access. Wheelchair accessible parking lot structure, entrances and restrooms. Courteous staff and employees.
National Car Rental has been my go to for rentals. In the past they usually have had a great vehicle selection. Unfortunately today they let me down. I reserved a truck F-150 or equivalent. When I arrived there were no pickup trucks to be had. Would have been nice for that to have been communicated to me prior to driving all the way there.
