Just received a great car for a great price. Not only was the car nice the customer service was excellent. Emma was very helpful and patient. Our first car had a strong cigarette scent and Emma switched us to a Subaru with no problem. She is a great representation of what customer service should be.nThank you again.

It was a last minute reservation and the young lady Isabella was wonderful in helping me out in a pinch. Had a minor snafu in getting my deposit back for the vehicle, however, Eric Brown was understanding and helpful in getting it back to me. When I come to Houston I will definitely use them again. I asked for a Mercedes and I went online and expected that was the car I was going to get. When arrived that night, I was told they didn't have any. So, they gave me a Toyota Camry. The Camry had a faulty tire and I ended up with a flat because of the inside of the tire had given way. I never ran over anything. It caused me to miss several hours with my daughter, whom I see only twice a year. It was very inconvenient to have to drive all the way back down there on a spare. The only reason I'm giving a 1-star in stead of 0 or a negative number is because they did let me choose any car after that. The guy was great in helping me. He said that there's no way anyone could know the tire was faulty.nnBut now, SixT is coming after me saying that I caused all sorts of damages. They're wrong. And because of how this was handled, I will never use them again unless they want to make things right. I'm extremely disappointed with how this turned out. I can't recommend them to anyone. If you take the risk in renting from them, just know that you could have the same thing happen to you. It happened to me.

We had the best experience at Sixt! Alicia H. was SO helpful and made sure we were set and had everything we needed. We loved our car and the individuals who worked there were all so accommodating and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience, will definitely rent from them again. The two stand outs were for sure Gregory (return cer specialist) incredibly polite and super helpful. He went above and beyond expectations.nnThe other was Emma, true gem when picking up the car, special lady was very warm and helpful. Clearly the employees are setting a high standard here.
