If I could write a negative star review I would. Your customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. I've tried to call, and get looped around. The last lady I spoke with flat out refused to help. She gave me a number that was not in service to call, and when I called her out on it, she denied that it was out of service. So i asked again and round and round it went for multiple attempts at a wrong number, i asked for the locations direct line, she refused to give that to me, so at this point i asked for a supervisor to speak with, again she REFUSED to help. When I told her I was going to post on social media about the absolutely HORRIBLE service that we recieved she refused to give me a name or employee ID and then hung up on me. I will NEVER rent from this company again. Dont waste your time or money folks, pay a bit more and get at least SOME service.

They close at 10pm. THEY CLOSE AT 10PM!nSo if your flight is late, and you show up anytime after 10pm, you are out o' luck. When I showed up the next day to get my car, I had to deal with the usual upgrade racket. Got the EZ Pass for tolls because the agent said it was the only way to pay for tolls. Actually, the DOT will send you a bill. I only used it once, and discovered that the $50 is just for the opportunity to use the pass - you still have to pay more money for the toll itself. I think that in general the rental car business is a mess right now, since companies are selling off cars due to low demand related to Covid. So getting a car at all is a fiasco. These people make it a little bit more so.

Horrible experience I flew into houston for a quick trip to visit family. I had my kids with me 2 and 7 I booked the rental car the night before and added car seats. When I got to the counter the lady told me she was not going to honor my reservation since it was done the with in 24hrs. So I was stranded at the airport and wasted $600 for the flight that I couldn't get refunded!

I book a car through a third party after a long flight with a toddler in a first time states with my elderly dad. We where drain tired. When I check in the guy was poor nasty altitudes low spoken at a loud airport. He ask about the waiver $180 I specifically say No since it’s optional! they still charge me . I call to dispute I need that money for my daughter daycare. They automatically shut me down saying they will not compromise with me nor they care I’m a single mom I need that money for my daughter daycare. SCAM SCAM FRAUDULENT PEOPLE. I will contact corporate and HR. I will take this very far.
