I was very happy with the front desk agent who help me at the very beginning. He was very Pleasant. I can tell he really enjoys his job. I also enjoy that I could pick any car on the lot that's that Emerald status. I was kind of concerned about the toll roads though no one had mentioned that to me. When I return the car I was told that they will bill you at the end once you drop the car off. Other than that it was a wonderful weekend.

They were very nice, my flight got in after 11pm and they were still open. It was a line but since I already had reserved my car early they had cars parked on the side for easy access. The process was fast and I appreciate everyone hustle getting the line down that time of night. Great energy thank you
My previous rentals weren't showing so I called the Emerald rewards people. I was on the phone for an hour while they validated all my rentals, said they had and would raise me to the Executive level. I also asked if the could make a reservation for the following day since I had new level. I showed up at airport, waited an hour for a car on the Emerald Aisle, when I tried to leave, there was no reservation! They told me to unpack car and walk all the way back to the counter. I called the Rewards department the agent from their department never made the reservation. I then spent almost 2 hours on phone trying to get everything handled AGAIN!! Previous agent also never raised my level, only gave me a free day? It was supposed to have been submitted for review by another agent at that time, supposedly only takes 2 days...still never heard. I even emailed trying to get a response and haven't heard back.
Emerald aisle and executive aisle makes it super easy! After a long day of traveling being able to walk up to any car on the lot getting in and driving off is so convenient. Staff is usually accommodating at airport sites. I’ve used the emerald of executive aisle at many airports and I will never Go back to renting any other way!
