Even though customers aren't supoose to smoke in rentals, this one smelled like a smoker drove it for a long time. I am surprised this one was on the lot to rent out. Hopefully, I can get a new one tomorrow.
I was originally supposed to get my Rental through another company that my insurance company had provided. While at the collision center we waited on the phone for over 20 minutes for someone to answer. The collision center told me to change it to enterprise. Within minutes I was picked up and had my rental available. When I returned the car they drove me back to collision center. They have a sense of haste are friendly and professional. Rebeca (hope I spelled it right) helped me out.
Thank you to the gentleman today who got me a car and got me in and out quick. You're awesome.
The first gentleman that came out on my arrival behaved as if helping me was inconvenient for him. Thankfully, Rebecca came out to show me the available vehicles. The first vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke. She kindly upgraded me to another vehicle so that I could get on the road quickly. When I returned the vehicle Ruben was cordial. We would use this location again.
After a terrible experience at Budget we stopped at enterprise because we really needed a car, not only was it cheaper but we were able to pay with debit card and my spouse was counted as an additional driver without having to pay extra. Will be using enterprise for future rentals.
