Professional, courteous, attentive!!nAnswered my questions and provided detail. Very nice vehicle which was cleaned and sanitized right before I got in it.nnUpdate:nWhile cleaning the vehicle before returning it, I ended up cutting 2 of my fingers on broken glass that was inside the seat where the seat belt buckle is located. It looks like the car's window was previous shattered prior and the car was in fact not cleaned properly afterwards. I'm glad neither of my children had put their hands in that area while accessing the seat belts!! Definitely not a good ending to a pleasant beginning.
The agents there are always friendly and helpful. They always take me home when I need a ride. I am very grateful to the team.

Made 2 blank trips both times I was told they didn't have any cars. I had a reservation and conformation number. They didn't try to accommodate me offer me anything both times they just said Were sorry. Very poor professionalism. They are not well prepared or organized.
