Our car wasn't ready when we went to pick it up and we had to wait for one that was returned at the same time to be cleaned but I was impressed that the man helping us cleaned the car himself.

Just left this place returning a car my husband I rented this past week. After picking up the car and driving to our first destination TVs oil change notification and filter replacement light popped up o. The dash. So because we weren’t close to home we figured we’d get it changed. We got the oil and filter change and kept the receipt for $70 to turn into the company when we returned. My husband gave it to them and we were told that they would have to get it “ approved” by the manager. When the rep went inside to ask the manager he said that they would contact us to let us know if we would be reimbursed.nFirst off we shouldn’t have had this issue at all because maintenance should be taken care of before we picked the car up. I would like my money back ASAP! This is insane it should have been returned along with our deposit.

This company had me paying for extra insurance with them. When my insurance company was paying for everything. Included insurance covering the car. They charged me $112. To pick up the car. A week later charged my card $158. When I called and asked why. The lady told me me because management was going through all rentals. Seeing balances and charging them. Now mind you my insurance company set up rental. Then ice storm came and couldn't bring car back. On rental agreement's date. Called Thursday saying they were opening Friday. To bring car in then. No extra charge for days. Then 20 mins or so after I got off the phone with them. They tried to charge my card again. For another $100. So no one can tell me that I agreed to extra insurance coverage which would come out of my pocket. For extra coverage. There is no need in that when my insurance company took care of it all. The $112 and the $158 should be refunded to immediately. Tried calling corporate number. Keeps telling me to call the location where the rental happened. I'm going to recommend my insurance company NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. They just take your money and there's nothing you can do about it.nnEnterprise Rental Car gets NO STARS FROM ME!

The rental process was easy and the car was ready in time. The return was quick and easy also. The only problem we had was that when we picked up the car it had less than one mile worth of gas in the tank. We barely made it to a station in time to refill. Would use Enterprise again but hopefully they provide a vehicle with enough gas to get on started with.
