Seem like I’m not the only one that’s been ripped off by these people. I normally go to enterprise but I chose to give Hertz a try. I rented the car at 10:30am and sat and waited almost 45 mins for a car. They ended up giving no me a car that was already sitting on the lot. Now I had the rental for 1 day and drove it to Baytown and back. When I dropped off the car I stood in line so long that I just drop the key off to the young lady at the front desk. When I get home and situated these people charged me a late fee and $200 smoking fee. I’m burning up because first of all I don’t even smoke. Then y’all want to charge a late fee and y’all took forever at the front desk? They talking about a cleaning fee for a car I barely drove. I can’t wait till everything opens back up because I will be going up there to speak to somebody. I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I made a reservation arrived at branch and was told they had no cars available. Despite me having reservation they offered zero assistance and didn't try and resolve or eradicate the problem. Brian working at the front counter was extremely rude and raising his voice. I definitely think he has a perception of what is ok when handling customers of African decent. Avoid this branch at all cost.

The staff is very friendly but they sure Do make it hard to even rent a car these days. Then when. You turn it in the calculate all these little fee's in that they do not tell you about until after u drop the car back off to them. But they do however give your deposit back to you the very next day! It was there the next morning.

They charged for a brand new tire, saying I gave it a flat tire, When I returned the car to them there was nothing wrong with the tire. They are just out to rip people off. Worst experience ever definitely go with a different company. I have one question for hertz. How does one drive a car on a flat tire?
