Great service, car, and rates. Very satisfied.
The service attitude here is too bad. The staff told me to change the oil for one hour and thirty minutes. But it made me wait for more than two hours. I really don’t know what they do. I will never come here again.
This is a Ford Dealership. Enterprise brings cars here from the Will Clayton location for their customers
So when I first walked in I had an attitude because I was mad at the idea of having to drive a rental car because my car was having problems but when I walk into this place Reid was able to turn it around for me he had a smile on his face a great attitude willing to show me how to work the car and that everything will be OK because it was only for a few days even when I return the car back he asked me was I OK and how everything was I even left some paperwork in the ugly little focus I never wanted to drive.that But the next day he had those papers waiting on me. Reid customer service was like no other you have to really be a special person to turn around this attitude but he was great! Customer service is everything to me and that he has .
