Just going there puts a smile on my face
Just beware some restaurants are closed in A gates 1-15 but open in other areas
Easy access and nicely set up. The airport was very clean for a hub. Air traffic control had things running smoothly in that there didn't seem to be any backups on the ground or in the air. Our flight got to the gate quickly after landing and was expediently allowed to leave the gate and take off without any long lines or wait times out on the tarmac. Staff at the airport and in the stores were very pleasant and helpful. We liked that the cancel culture hadn't tried to rename the airport to strip it of a good American's name. This airport was a very nice experience and is an airport to select and not avoid when it comes to connecting flights.
Flew in on United. Connecting flight was with United. Itinerary said same terminal.nNOPE! Had to scramble to get to another terminal! When I was younger this wouldn't have been as big of a deal but older travelers it's hard on them. Watched an older couple be told their flight had been changes and they had to go from B terminal to E to catch their flight. I suspect they had also had to move to this terminal only to have to go to another terminal.nThe facility is nice with some great businesses but I will avoid this airport every chance I get!
