The best description for the employee I encountered at the drive thru is obnoxious and blatantly sarcastic. She pretended to be sympathetic regarding my situation when I genuinely believe that she was trying to ensure that my prescriptions weren't filled for some unknown reason. I called my doctor's nurse and she confirmed that the receipt of all my prescriptions were verified at this location. However, I still didn't get any of my prescriptions filled. There is a disconnect somewhere and I do not intend on discovering what it is as I will no longer use this Walgreen's Pharmacy.

A very convenient place to stop for medication, makeup, or a soda, and the rewards points are useful.

These worthless, lazy, dishonest POS's are the sorriest excuses for professionals I have ever had the opportunity of dealing with. They have lost my prescriptions and then tried to convince me that I was an idiot and never dropped it off. They have told me they sent info to Doc for a Preauthorization and never did, this happened multiple times with the same prescription until I went up there in person and made them do it while I watched...the whole time they acted like I was being unreasonable for wanting them to do their job. I call to see if they have a med in stock and instead of saying sorry we can't give that info for safety they just tell me nope we don't have it in stock. If they were geniuses with the ability to know every medicine in stock off the top of their heads then they wouldn't be Pharmacy Techs.
