Great service, employees were nice. The van I rented was in great condition.
The Manager and his team are amazing. They have been nice enough to support our family for the 4th consecutive year as we partcipated in the Pasadena Holiday Parade last night. We couldn't spread awareness for Childhood Cancer with these awesome folks. Thanks PV Rentals your team in awesome!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with in a vehicle rental agency.nWe pay roughly $1,400 per month for a base model 1/2 ton pickup truck.nThe quality that goes into the inspection process prior to renting a vehicle is absolutely horrendous. The rented out a vehicle with four mismatched tires, two of which were different sizes in the rear, a non functional left rear brake system due to a seized brake caliper.nAlso refused to exchange nearly bald tires on a single cab pickup and stated they need to be practically bald for them to put new tires on the truck.nwell in my eyes as a paying customer that had spent over $15,000 on one single cab truck for a year a set of tires would not be an issues to protect the customer and maintain a safe level of traction .nnHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AN INCREDABLE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE FUNCTIONALAITY.nnWITH A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER / PUBLIC SAFETY !!!!!!
