First P iui st Office I've ever visit in my 42 years, that was so pleasant.
Mailman put a delivery key in my mailbox that belonged to someone else. So I had to go delivery that box to a home. Then today 3/26/21 I had a delivery from Macy’s so I went to my mailbox and the key to IPC was in my mailbox so I opened IPC box and it was empty. So was it stolen ? Or did he/she make another mistake and put my delivery key in someone else’s mailbox?? What negligence! Do your job !! Read!!! Quit your job if u hate it! Im going to post office to put in a written complaint on Monday. That Mail person needs to retire.
When I lived in the Windfern Forest Subdivision in the late 80s and 90s, the USPS office was over on the Hempstead Hwy. It was small and cramped.nnThis is a large, spacious postal facility. They have a nice, large parking lot with easy access in and out.
Sterling is Amazing! Great attitude and went above and beyond to help myself and every customer in here!!! Greeeaaat positive bubbly attitude! Every usps needs a sterling!!!
Mailed a priority package on Monday that was scheduled to arrive at destination on Friday. It did not arrive until the following Wednesday. Three weeks prior to this, I mailed a very important letter to my dad and he has yet to receive it. I am questioning the integrity of some of the workers at this point and hoping for the best. Although I still don’t know the whereabouts of my mailed letter. Please beware and consider another post office to ship. If you find your packages or letters are not arriving to your recipient, please post your experience for other consumers to beware. Patrons should look out for each other. We stand in a long line to pay to have something shipped on time in confidence and we should see it arrive without the added stress of discovering our parcel/letter has been lost with absolutely no remorse from the postal workers.
