My experience was great. Dr. Thompson is an extremely down to earth person. She’s knowledgeable, and has a loving spirit. She made me feel like Iufe0f wasn’t alone. She helped me understand the causes of my problems and taught me better ways to handle situations. Thanks to Dr. Thompson, Iufe0f have a better relationship with my family!

WARNING!!! She and her staff are incredibly unprofessional. I brought a 7 year old child in. After WASTING 16 plus hours with her over a few visits, she would not return calls and her answering machine was full. It finally took me calling our insurance company and filing a complaint before I got a diagnosis (3 months later) and it's not like I could trust her diagnosis. She named the wrong child 3 times in her report. She shouldn't be seeing anyone. Especially minor children.

Took my daughter in for adhd testing 3 months ago and still have not received the results. She is very unprofessional. I have tried to call but the voicemail is full.

Wow.... I'm am in serious need of a follow up. My fily doctor referred me to her and I've been calling for a week 3 different numbers and no answer and machine is full. Thank god I'm not in need of serious help. So unprofessional!!!

Wow, this doctor and staff members are horrible.nPlease keep searching for another psychologist. All of the wait times are awful and they just leave you sitting there after every test.nWriting this makes me angry all over again!nGoing on 3 weeks and she still can't provide results!
