Today I told Mr. Jose and Mrs. Annie that even if I move away I will continue to use this Kroger pharmacy. I absolutely love coming to see them. Mr. Jose always goes the extra mile when it comes to my husband's prescriptions. We fight with the insurance company every couple of months on one if his medications. He is always so patient with me and explains how they sometimes work. Mrs. Annie always gives me a smile and makes me feel like we are friends.

The staff at this location are incompetent, rude, slow... And these are just a few of their best qualities...nAs of today, I am a former customer. I wouldn't fill my dog's prescriptions here.

Went in immediately after being treated at an urgent care center. All I needed was promethazine which is super common and was told it would be 20 min. I asked if they could rush it as I was feeling terrible, when the tech came back from speaking with the pharmacist she said it would be 30 minutes. From 20 to 30 minutes in just a few seconds? Especially when a patient is obviously feeling well? I won't be bringing my business back here again and I don't encourage anyone else to either.
