Stay away from this Pharmacy!!!! I just found out after talking with my insurance company that over the course of 5 months now AKO Pharmacy has told me my insurance wasn't covering my son's Tier 1 medication when they tried to run it through my insurance so I've been paying out of pocket for the medication. Well come to find out after the call with my insurance that they have been covering the medication all this time but the pharmacy has been reversing the approval and telling me they aren't covering it. When I asked why they told me they didn't know. So I've been being charged $15.00 a month for this medication when the insurance said my cost should have been $7.60!!!!! SHAME ON YOU AKO!!!!!!! You've been getting over on me by $7.40 each time I refilled. That's $37.00 in their pocket that I overpaid!!!!! I wonder how many other people this has happened too?!?!?!?!? I will not be using this pharmacy anymore and warn you not to either!!!!
