We always have had excellent customer service at this Kroger. The bad review today is because we were out of town and prescribed medication was sent here instead of the out of town pharmacy. Both out of town pharmacist and I had difficulty with a pharmacy staff member to comply with transferring the prescription over. We had to call several times and the staff member was unhelpful and rude. I did not expect that at all.

Getting more and more difficult dealing with the pharmacy. Have to always call in my refills to the doctor, instead of the pharmacy dealing with it.

Horrible weekend hours. Refused to transfer my medication to a 24 hour pharmacy, so I could have my meds when I needed them. I just had surgery and have no pain medication because they wouldn't transfer it.
