360 Aquatic

Had higher hopes based on so many great reviews but my experience visiting for the first time was rather disappointing. Store says opens at 11 but no one showed up till almost 30 after and this area is mostly oil and gas or some type of industrial work so many people only have 30 mins for lunch. There were three customers and a delivery truck driver whom called with no response. Not the best first impression. Two young women show up and walk past everyone without even saying hello or acknowledging that any of us were even there, unlock their door and walked in. Awkward feeling not knowing if they were actually opening or if we were allowed to enter. Once inside the store is surprisingly stocked with a very large assortment of fish, tanks were clean, fish looked healthy and well taken care of. Pricing was better than many other places I have been to as well. Lots of supplies and accessories. All that being said, no one seem to acknowledge anyone in the store or asked us if we had questions or needed assistance with anything. The customer service was well below expectations as one may think a small business's would be. If you are looking for some really cool, good priced fish for your tanks then this is a good place to check out but I wouldn't visit if you are not exactly sure what you want or need because you may not get the help required to make the proper purchase. Who knows, maybe they were having a bad day or something but I like to go and spend money places that I can count on to be on time and who don't mind helping instead of showing up to work as if it was a chore they hated to do. Hope things improve because I would like to see 360 grow.

Nice little aquatic shop on the west side.n100% fresh waternAnd while it reminded me of a New York corner store for the amount of product crammed into a small location. The people were courteous and helpful.nBiggest disappointment was losing six of the seven tetras I purchased for by mothers Nano freshwater tank with near perfect water parameters.nIn fairness I have yet to contact the shop about this due to the resistance of wanting to have to prove cause of death and provide photos that most saltwater Aquatics require.

I don't like the way the worker packing my products mix all, and she was very bosy

This place has a nice selection of fish and plants. The place is small but efficient use of their space. Was able to find a plant that I couldn't find anywhere else. I will be going back again.

First time visitor this afternoon. I liked the assortment of fish. I really enjoyed looking at all the fish, and of course I couldn’t leave without buying a few fish as well. I will definitely be back
