Do not use the COVID test here, I was 10 minutes late and they won’t take me, I tried to call to the minute clinic and they never answer, so my appointment was at 2:50 and I got there by 3 and I was waiting in my car for someone to help me, but no one came till 3:23 and just one person came to told me than they can’t help me because I was late. To be honest I was the only one waiting there. Don’t use this for anything. Bad costumer service and sassy.

The pharmacist is usually pretty good, but the associates that answer questions on the phone are the rudest ever. I'm really aghast at the way they treat people. They talk over you, and don't listen. They interrupt. OMG CVS, is there no selection, or no training? Associates: record yourselves, and critique. You will hear how badly you treat people. Is this who you want to be??

Thalia and black lady JJ provide no customer service, they told me my prescription will be ready to be pick up in 30mins to an hour. I go back and she told me she needs to call the doctor. I’m not sure why they are so unprofessional here. The lady didn’t even apologize for wasting my time like that. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This pharmacy has been nothing but kind and accommodating. My son recently moved from Florida and this pharmacy team has been so helpful with the transfer.
