Victoria Saldivar needs to find peace in her life and be grateful and blessed that she still has a job. I went there to ask for more time on paying my ticket I was recently robbed I told her I have the case number and everything. She than proceeded to cut me off and stated even if I pay it that it will still go on my record, and if didn’t pay there would be a warrant issued out for my arrest. I already paid $200 I was just asking for a couple weeks to pay the difference of $152. She was so rude every time I asked her a question. I’m not unemployed I am a full time worker single mom of 2 also taking care of my mother! I will pray for her and I hope tomorrow she has a better day.
Poor employee staff, rudeness, no help at all they act like you own them some thing. I don’t even know why we have a courthouse in the small city.
These people are slow and they take a while to get people out. I went to cypresswood court and there was 3x the people and we were in and out super quick ! Never have I ever sat in court for so long.
Courthouse is understaffed, but the judge was an extremely understanding and sweet lady. The prosecutor was also nice. On the other side when going to pay the dismissal fees, the woman greeting everyone who walked in was condescending, rude, unnecessarily loud, and extremely crass. The woman who was actually charging people for court fines etc at the other window however, was very sweet and spoke with a clear concise manner WITHOUT being rude... maybe they should take the divider down so the first, older woman could take notes!
Terrible customer service. They employee disconnected my call before I finished talking.
