My experience at T-Mobile was nothing short of amazing! Braden (the store manager) was fantastic. He took care of me and did everything he could to get me the best deal and options for me and my family. I previously had AT&T and I absolutely hated them. I gave that company so much money for 2 phone lines. Braden got me a quarter of the monthly bill I was paying before. Really pleased and relieved about switching and the hel from him and T-Mobile. Thank you.
The store manager Branden and Michelle have been nothing but amazing and have gone above and beyond. Call customer service and they lied but Brandon and Michelle went well above and beyond and we are lucky we got in contact with them. Give them a raise. That is what I call good customer service. Thank you again

Always helpful when they get to you. The only downfall is you make an appointment online yet still end up waiting for all the walk in customers anyways. No point in having an appointment option if you don’t get helped at your appointment time.
