Spent over an hour getting here, when i finally did they didn’t have the car i reserved. They wanted me to pay an extra 90/day for a car they had on lot which is ridiculous. Unprofessional. Bad system. Waste of my money, time and effort. Several other customers experienced the same thing while i was there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The right move would have been for them to rent out the car they had at the agreed upon price to take responsibilities for their mistakes. Very frustrated.
This place is a joke, hands down the worst car rental service I have ever used and I travel 20 weeks a year for work. Carl-the manager, must be related to the owners because no one would hire someone so incompetent. His idea of dealing with an issue is to say I'm very busy please call back. If you value your time please don't waste it by using this rental service.
I can understand a shortage of inventory due to flooding but at least let me know my conformed reservation is no longer good. Not happy I spent a Lyft fare to pick up a car that didn’t exist and again to a company that actually had a car. I got a shrug and “Sorry.” The whole thing was handled in an incredibly unprofessional manner.
Let me just say I love this location. They are always very friendly and helpful. The manger Michelle makes me really feel welcomed every time I visit. I usually go out of my way to use this location and I will continue to do so!
I now prefer enterprise, better, service, prices, convenience.
