I wanted a vehicle’ that I could drive my wheelchair into. AShton told me about the new Chevy SUV and I told him I wanted to look at one. He called several months later to say that had arrived. It is a very nice vehicle and I purchased one. There were some issues with it but ADA got them worked out. They delivered it and it has been great. They worked diligently with me so I did not have any effort in the transactions. I have also bought hand controls and wheelchair lifts there. They are very helpful.
We purchased an accessible van from ADA recently and was very pleased with the van and the service. We were given a fair value for our trade in. They worked closely with us to get the best van and equipment for my wife's needs. We also use them for service and am able to make appointments and minimize our wait time. I want to thank Mike Murphy and Ashton Nenerly for their patience and guidance while working with us. We highly recommend ADA for your accessible transportation needs.
The fact of needing to rent a wheelchair accessible van alone tells me that I am in unfamiliar territory and a stressful situation. The people at ADA seem to understand that in unfailing kindness and courtesy. They all are. I have rented many times now. The man I reserve the van with is Braunsen. Amazing! As I care for my family member, it means so much to have professionals who take care of me in such a circumstance. And if you're reading this review I know you understand what I mean.
