Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have left my feed back with the Branch Manager Chris 3 days ago and I have yet to hear anything back so I will leave my experience here as well.nnI have been renting from Enterprise since 2002. Customer Service has always been excellent. However in the past 10 years or so I have noticed a steady decline in vehicle quality. It use to be, I would get what I reserved and it was always detailed.nnMy experience this time was drastically different. I reserved an SUV. The description stated Nissan Pathfinder or similar. They originally gave me a Nissan Kicks. That was laughable in its self. The added features was it smelled of smoke and the radio knobs did not work. So I asked for another vehicle. The team quickly found me another car at another location that I had to drive to. Easy enough, however getting a comparable vehicle originally would have been better.nnThe other location placed me in a Mitsubishi Outlander. Still smaller than a Pathfinder however a lot closer. I only had to wash the vehicle, detail the inside, and do the window twice inside as the film was so bad I could not see out. I also fixed the sun glasses holder as it was in backwards. There is also someones used mask in the passengers back seat compartment, I left, for the employees to find and deal with. I highly doubt they have.nnAll this, along with every vehicle having a quarter tank of gas, has got me starting to look elsewhere for my rental vehicle needs. This is unfortunate since I have been brand loyal for so long. This has also been the experience with several other I know as well.nnEnterprise has fantastic customer service however when you can get a low quality vehicle somewhere else for less, is it really worth it?

It was so good to get a old school professional workers like Keegan Johnny. He is a young man with great manors and professionalism. A lot of young people today don't care about their job or the peolpe who they give service to. You don't see a lot of this anymore. He greeted everyone with earth and care and he is so personable. Thanks Enterprise, for having an employee that knows how to treat his customers.

On February 24, 2021 we rented a vehicle from the Copperfield location. As i waited for the car, I experienced what a professional, very knowledgeable, and most helpful manager I had seen in customer service in a long time. KEEGAN is the type of employee that Enterprise needs to retain. I watched him de-escalate an angry customer with such grace and professionalism. Keep up the great service Keegan!

Madeline was amazing and so friendly. I have never had this experience ever when renting a car. She is so knowledgeable and helps you with anything you have questions about and gets the best deal.

The vehicle I was rented smelled like someone had a pet dog in it and contract stated no pets. Please check the rental before leaving the facility of bad oders in rentals.
