Do NOT waste your time. I called everyday multiple times for 6 days to make sure I could be picked up only to be told “well we don’t talk on the phone” and they “may” be able to pick me up later... enterprise had the SAME rate and better customer service.
The Budget staff members at this location were courteous, efficient and professional. They were able to provide additional information we requested. They had the car we requested prepared for us and the paperwork ready. The pick-up and drop-off process was easy and the staff very friendly and polite. We arrived at 7:50 for an 8:00 drop-off and they were open before business hours and had additional staff ready for the 5 customers that showed up prior to the business opening time. We were in and out in a flash. The price was excellent and I was able to complete the order online. Very easy! We will definitely use Budget at this location for another car rental we have planned in the future.

Pre paid for a vehicle.I had to get a bigger vehicle because i am 6'7 i get there and i am told they have none of the vehicles i paid for so try and give me some 2 seater car that is more expensive than what i paid for.Now i have to fight to get my money back because they try and pocket it.
Way over priced, all these car rental places use people's need to rent to price gouge. Over 300 dollars a week for a compact Toyota. I understand making money but this is rediculous
