Their cars are not properly cleaned and sanitized AT ALL. Mine had weed still in the cracks and in the console and the worst smell Oh and don’t make jokes with the employees they are rude & if so they may feel threatened if your words taken the wrong way and put you on the do not rent list. I personally feel they don’t want to do their jobs right so they make up BS to ensure they can prove they did something to justify their paychecks. I guess that’s what privilege feels like tell any lie and sleep peacefully at night. Go to any other enterprise to rent a car cause this one spells customer service as follows RUDE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I reserved a vehicle a week prior. I show up nothing available.nI ask the representative if he could help me look for anything similar in town. Didn't even bother to help. They ruined my week. Couldn't have had a worst service. Really disappointed. I expect better treatment from a big company like this one. What upset me the most is that they didn't even try. (one of the guys not the front desk clerk did try to help) the issue was the front desk personnel.

Just need to do a better job at communicating where to drop the car off if it has to be returned after hours on the weekend.

If I can gave them 0 stars I will! Customer service was terrible and they charged my card with almost $300 dollars. I rent a car here because my car has to be repaired. When I went to pick up the car ( which was rented thru insurance) they explained to me about everything and I said I don’t want to have any extras, the guy who attended me told me that was fine and told me to sign the contract, I asked him several times if I will not going to paid anything and he said NO, everything is going to be covered by the insurance. I asked him for a copy of the contract and he said he will be send it to my email. Well I never received a copy of the contract, I called several times to asked for it and they just leave me on hold. When I returned the car a day later I saw a charge on my card for almost $300 dollars when I called and asked why they charged me with that amount of money if the insurance it’s supposed to covered the rental they told me that the charge was for DW something that I never asked for, when I asked them again for the contract they told me they don’t save the contracts. I asked for the manager and he can’t explain anything and he said he we call me back. I still waiting for the called back.

Whole process was super easy. We booked online for our Texas road trip a week prior, had no issue when it came time to pick up the car and we got our entire deposit back 2 days after returning the car. Thank you for making the process of renting a car for the first time super easy enterprise!
