Best rental experience ever!
Was in a rock and a hard place trying to figure out how me and my husband was going to get to and from work after our car broke down. I went to Enterprise, because it's no hassle with them whenever you need to get a nice ride. They gave me a really great rate and I was able to pay them and have transportation to work for a few months. The only thing negative I have to say about them, was sometimes very rarely, I received some rude customer service from a female. I wish not to publish her name, but she could lose the attitude. Other than that, I will continue to do business if I ever need rental again.
I was not happy with me experience. I gotnA call a day before my reservation and told they would not have a vehicle the size I requested, but they would have something close for me to choose. Then I got a call a hour and half before pick up that all they had was compact and I’m 6’4 so that wouldn’t work. They send me to another location to get vehicle to hold me until weekend returns on Monday for me to get a larger vehicle. The employee was super rude and disrespectful and the manager was nonchalant about it and that Monday I went back to original location and they swap me out into a small suv that wasn’t cleaned out and still had belongs from the previous customers. I went through all of this for a week long rental. I was very disappointed in Enterprise and I have been a loyal customer for years.
The customer service was fantastic. The vehicle I was given was clean and looked beautiful. I highly recommend them.
Quality service, decent pricing. They arrived on time to pick me up, much to my surprise!nI will certainly use again when needed.
